One of the three I tried was a company that does VA outbound calls exclusively and it seems they fit my calls in between their "big" clients so it took them a month to complete my test list of 100 numbers I had pre-screened.

Test the math of your plans with a few years of price reductions and/or stagnant inflation and see how it works and if you'd be OK.

Good afternoon,I have clients that are currently interested in a triplex property and qualify without an issue but the property itself does not pass the FHA self-sufficiency test without one of the unit’s income, since it has to be owner occupied for FHA due to one of my clients having a foreclosure on their credit that won't be removed until March of next year.

I did this because I have aspirations to invest internationally in several locations in central and south America and didn't want to just talk the talk or be a wantrepreneur, rather put myself in the field and put the building blocks together myself..I am currently waiting for the CA Bureau to approve my license application so I can take the test to receive my RE license (completed the course work in Spring of 2018 while going to school full time, working part time).
