In need of guidance show me the way

Hey BP I am trying to learn everything I can do that I can have multiple tools imm my tool belt. To be honest I feel like a 2 year old would probably feel in honors calculus! I am studying for my real estate test because I thought it would be a good tool. I decided I would try to analyze a deal sent to me on a duplex and I wanted to cry when I got to the calculator on bigger pockets. I was only able to fill out the list price and down payment. So all of that to say what should I be reading or doing or watching like is there a thesaurus or something because this is to much. Thanks in advance
