In need of guidance show me the way
Hey BP I am trying to learn everything I can do that I can have multiple tools imm my tool belt. To be honest I feel like a 2 year old would probably feel in honors calculus! I am studying for my real estate test because I thought it would be a good tool. I decided I would try to analyze a deal sent to me on a duplex and I wanted to cry when I got to the calculator on bigger pockets. I was only able to fill out the list price and down payment. So all of that to say what should I be reading or doing or watching like is there a thesaurus or something because this is to much. Thanks in advance

You have already done more than most of the people out there. So you are way ahead.
You should be glad that we have some very genuinely helpful people out here.
Analyzing deals Gets easy one you get hang of it.
It helps to talk to someone who has done it.
I see you are little far from Atlanta, but you should try to get to the BP Atlanta meetings.
I live in Kennesaw so I am not that far from you. I am good with numbers and would be more than happy to show you how you can begin. Let me know :)
