If you have a license and belong to MLS, etc. it gives you access to the listings as soon as they come out.

But if they open with a step bid then they will bid up past opening bid but it won't be above what they are owed in principal , interest , foreclosure fee's tax's fronted Insurance paid , winterization etc.And any overage above that belongs to next in line....
