Now it has gone vacant for 5-6 months, the lady hasn't been able to make payments, she's broke and cannot even afford her medicine. 

Always ask if your title company has electronic deposit (EFT or ACH).  

Not saying you should do this as I don't know enough about your situation, the property,  but you can look into a Ch 13 as a means to keep if you are the owner and borrower.

But just as stock investors should know their risk tolerance, landlords need to know what tenant population they can work with ...another risk-reward balance act, take on more than you can stomach and you get a long term tummy ache.

And they are a lot cheaper to educate that doctors and nurses.I don't think an increase in the number of doctors and nurses would by itself bring down the price of medicine, although I would agree that we should build more medical schools.

They have some side services if you want/need them but the basic ACH is free.

I started with Rentigo, but I had some issues with them and they charge fees for normal ACH transfers.
