I think I took Spanish 7 times until I finally got a C, that class nearly ended me but I just kept pushing, I wouldn’t give any professor the power to discourage me. 

I mean you don’t speak Spanish and that’s fine, but it is 2019, google has translators available.

You are essentially paying yourself to be GC.The only synergy gained is now the owner to GC management is removed.If you have time/abilty and want to manage a crew, then do it.Alot of it depends on how much time you have and how much that time is worth.Just don't think you won't spend more time managing crew then you would managing a GC.
