Has anyone done any STR in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?

I "accidentally" fell into my first property (I bought a place right away, at the right time during the heart of COVID), but then moved to the North Carolina area because I am on active duty in the military.

I'm in the Midwest (in a suburb north of Indianapolis) and collected one month's rent for a deposit ($1900 for a single family ranch), which is what others were doing. 

The states I am interested in would either be Florida, or in the mountains of Tennessee / North Carolina.

I think North & South Carolina have some excellent  markets.

If you bid on the HOA foreclosure, you more than likely bid subject to any existing senior liens (Like a lender). if the property is in North Carolina, NC is NOT a super lien state so, no, a HOA foreclosure will not wipe out the lender unless they recorded behind the HOA meaning, more than likely, you'll bid, win, then get a notice from the lender (Assuming there is a loan) stating to pay them or they'll foreclose (Happens every day).

How is the area located in Los Angeles called “Dey Rey” it is east of Marina Del Rey and slightly north of Playa vista?

I had heard as you described about if in same vicinity, if the homes were significantly different life styles that you could get 2nd home loan.I live in inland north county San Diego (Poway) and wanted a 2nd home loan for a San Diego beach property (mission Beach).
