Well I advise that you either you find a well qualified person who can do it ( Honestly most people on Craigslist just slap together something and charge you a few hundred.)I would recommend a wordpress based site for the fact of updating it is simple & SEO for it can help you rank high in searchesif you need help or anything just send me a PM :)

I have built several websites with WordPress and am not looking to build a website. 

Do not use WordPress, it's a slow engine (Carrot, for example, uses WordPress).

I have the typical sites like Facebook Business page, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram and thought about doing a wordpress... in addition to the dozens of other social media/real estate sites and apps...

In fact, I started to put together a Wordpress hosted website in my spare time over the past weekend and the next time I drive by a Staples or Office Depot I'm going to grab some business card stock so that I can print some simple cards at home.

Blogging wise I usually recommend WordPress.
