Using Google Docs Survey to Build Buyers List

Hello everyone!

I am brand new to BP and REI and my plan is to start wholesaling in San Diego with the intent to gain experience and generate capital so that I can eventually fix and flip, as well as buy and hold.

I have obtained an absentee owners list for areas that I believe will have some good investment opportunities (Clairemont, Bay Ho, Bay Park, SDSU, Spring Valley, and La Mesa). I plan to start marketing to these lists shortly.

My question is for investors who have worked with wholesalers. I have created a survey on Google Docs that asks questions that try to narrow down the property types investors are interested in.

In your experience would something like this be useful? In the past when working with wholesalers would you have been willing to fill out this survey?

Here is the link to the survey, any advice on what to include/exclude would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
