So I will be learning the PM piece as I go as well.  

He is by far my most successful protege, but my second most successful is doing quite well and then I have a few who are making process to doing well. 

The deal doesn't work as well with higher interest rates.

I switched over to Baselane over a year ago and it has worked well for my growing portfolio.

Really the person that is going into the flipping game should know the market very well to do these comps on their own, and back it up by asking their trusted real estate agent/professional for confirmation.

Question on that driving for dollars as I have thought of doing that as well.

However demand is very high, especially for section 8 which also doesn't pay very well because government funding is one of the lowest for Puerto Rico.
