I dropped Revere Pewter and have mostly used Light Pewter as a common color in the house with kitchens and bathrooms being something colorful, usually blue for kitchens and green for bathrooms.I use HD Behr Marquee which is around the middle of HD paints in quality.

You can find great 2-4 unit buildings at reasonable prices (compared to New York City), and many of them need to be fixed up, which is an added bonus of equity if you are willing to tackle a renovation.I'd suggest somewhere along the blue line (train) in the northwest part of the city, where you can find some priceless neighborhood vibes.Plus, the real estate community is unmatchable...tons of people willing to give you a hand up.

Timelines and capital required are obviously higher when pouring larger foundations for a tower and craning modulars together on the site, but if you had a blue print/drawings in hand their timelines are as follows:6 weeks in the factory 1 week deliver Laydown site Shuttle to actual location where crane is Crain in 4-5 days3 months of finishingHope this is helpful!
