At that point you'd need to get into education process about crops, see if you can swing something to get in on anything that would be more beneficial financially like a USDA tobacco base etc (that's just a girl from a farming family talking who does this personally) or something like wind turbines.

Incidentally, there are both tobacco and marijuana smokers in that unit, and only medical MJ is currently legal in MD, which i really doubt is the case here…  I am considering reaching out to an attorney to better understand my options.

Similarly, I have seen some manager's advertise all turn arounds take a set time (be it a 1 or 2 weeks or a month) but so much depends on the condition of the unit (think tobacco or cat urine), what it needs, and available resources (be it your time or a contractor's schedule)...My philosophy: it takes as long as it takes.
