Most, are perfectly fine with pastel colors of still life and office art work.

I also look for subtle things about a person.

Seriously though, I know white cabinets, dark wood trim, white painted brick (a cardinal sin to paint brick anyway IMO so good riddance there), glass block bathrooms, Tuscan kitchens, brass hardware, reclaimed wood, Edison bulbs, furniture and fixtures made out of black pipe and distressed wood, interior sliding barn doors, pastels, too much granite, chevron patterns, whicker furniture, etc. have all been way overdone recently and are on their way out now, and brightly painted cabinets are in, but beyond that I’m not sure what the “next” design trends are currently.

Subtle Outside or Inside to make it look more appealing to the eye.  

If not get the insurance.I believe there is a subtle difference between "Vacant" insurance and "Builders Risk" insurance.

It is subtle and a neutral color.

I have been surprised three ways:How little I knew about notes and how extensive the subject is.How little good (& accurate information) there was out there.How much more complicated & subtle a business model than other REINow to answer some of your questions. 

At the same time you need to get really active and learn what equity really is and the subtle nuances of value, not what an opportunistic individual selling you something instructs you regarding value.

Subtle cosmetic improvements with tenants money if possible :)Upgrade when it comes time to sell.Thanks!
