Rob Randle Weird Trim and Built-in Shelving

The pictures below are of a property that I am looking at.  It as at a nice price and likely not selling due to these "improvements".Is this an easy fix?Would a custom trim contractor be able to knock this out?

Here is what we put in our move out letter, which may be helpful to build on:Specifically, here's a list of items you should thoroughly clean before vacating:[ ] Floors[ ] sweep/mop laminate floors[ ] vacuum carpets and rugs (shampoo if necessary)[ ] mop kitchen and bathroom floors[ ] Walls, baseboards, ceilings, and built-in shelves[ ] Kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink, stove and oven--inside and out [ ] Refrigerator--clean inside and out, empty it of food[ ] Bathtubs, showers, toilets, and plumbing fixtures[ ] Doors, windows, and window coveringsPlease don't leave anything behind--that includes bags of garbage, clothes, food, newspapers, furniture, appliances, dishes, plants, cleaning supplies, or other items that belong to you.For move in, put all info in the rental agreement.

I pretty much just added smoke detectors, cleaned it real well, added some shelving and smoke detectors.

(The foreman told me this guy was already in trouble for installing thick glass shelves in the glass front cabinets when it was supposed to be wood; he had to eat it on that.

Can't tell you how many fridge door handles & shelves have been broken/ ripped out, how many stove knobs, racks, scratches and dents I've tried to fix.

Some of the advice in the pod casts I've listened to suggested, putting room numbers on the bedrooms, then table fridge shelves and cabinet shelves with the room numbers.
