Asking for feedback/help with potential apartment listing in CT.
Hi All,
I am interested in renting my current condo in Connecticut. I was hoping to list with the following description and looking for feedback. Please let me know if there are any concerns. Specifically if there are things I should be including or not include, and if there is anything that can be considered discriminatory.

Listing: Large modern and updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, multi floor (2nd and 3rd floor of building) unit that is just a short walk to shops, restaurants, parks and train station. Unit has central air/heat with programmable thermostat.
Laundry (full washer and dryer) is conveniently located in upstairs hall outside bedrooms. Primary bedroom includes a beautiful full bathroom with large bath tub. It also includes a large walk in closet with custom shelving for easy organization.
Large open concept living room with fireplace. South-East facing windows that keeps unit well lit throughout the day. Large private balcony off of the dining room to enjoy fresh air.
2 parking spaces included with rent. Plentiful free public parking in front of building as well as on nearby streets.
Large additional storage available in basement included with rent. Tenant responsible for own lock, if desired.
No hidden amenities fees that you will find with other apartment buildings in area. Tenant is responsible for rent, electricity and renter's insurance. If desired, tenant is also responsible for own wifi and/or cable. Landlord is responsible for HOA fees, Water, Trash, Recycling, Snow Removal and Landscaping.
Requirements: Income at least 3x monthly rent. 650+ Credit Score or Qualified Co-Signer, No Criminal History, Completed Application. 1x Month Security Deposit.
