To replicate, you'll need a large volume of homes to purchase, political buy in, an experienced crew, a million dollar line of credit, and management experience to pull off a deal like that.

Less overall money, but easy to replicate with much less risk.

No fancy strategy just good sense and basic math and replicate..

Most replicable advice I have read in..... maybe forever.Kudos.

i wish more people had the guts to post some "disaster stories" - we all can learn something and hopefully not replicate :)
