Hi @Konstantinos Lembesis When Settling on a market develop some metrics that you can not only measure the market you are interested in but others that you havn't considered yet. 

If you want to develop it, I can refer you a lender that will lend on a completed subject to appraisal but you'll be limited if you just want it for the lot.If you simply want the land as part of your property, you have more options including a HELOC which you can still use for development down the road. 

While my local marketplace is the Greater Hartford region, I serve clients all over CT. 

What I decided to do was work in what I was interested in and it led me to be an experienced real estate agent specializing in wholesaling off market properties in PA region specifically Philadelphia and surrounding areas such as Montgo, Delco etc.

That said, water scarcity is not why my home state and favorite region look apocalyptic right now. 

This year’s most popular areas are known for being fast-growing cities with plenty of new development, with healthy job growth in Florida and Texas in particular.

That's what separates the best real estate agents who represent investor/developer clients.

No guarantee this will continue but I see elected officials making policy mistakes that will lead to less development and that makes me believe constrained supply will continue to drive above average appreciation.John
