I see lots you could do for a somewhat minimal amount of money that would really help refresh the space and make it more attractive.

Any long term plans to refresh the commercial facad or is the neighborhood not warranting that? 

We do upgrade all of the old 2 prong outlets to newer ones to refresh the look at least and add new wall plates everywhere.
