That's how I cobbled together my initial capital.Then it was about building as quickly as possible and recycling cash via BRRRR's. 

Rents are higher, income is better, appreciation is higher, your basis is lower, and you have much more equity to recycle that cash.

They get recycled for the metal.

I'd use that cash as much as possible when you can add value to the property and can "recycle" that money again for your next property, so that you can keep expanding!

BRRRR lets you recycle your capital and keep buying, but its TIME that brings you cashflow.

So you essentially "recycle" your money over and over again to build up your portfolio. 

You can pay me for my time and I will haul it to the recycling center.  

BRRR goal is to recycle your capital into other opportunities.

Or use cash to buy / rehab / rent and cash out.Key thing is to be able to recycle your money over and over again using BRRRR strategies. 

Now its time to really get started.My overall goals are to build sustainable wealth with real estate while providing a service to the general population in the form of property recycling (bring properties back to usable form for the public) and buy and hold rentals (providing solid housing for people and families).As far as progress, my wife and I are currently in our first house hack - living in, refurb, plan to rent.
