The most important lesson learned, GET UP, BRUSH YOURSELF OFF, RE-CONNECT and the REACT like YOU'VE JUST LEARNED an IMPORTANT LIFE'S LESSON! 

The utilities are uninterrupted and there is no added cost or wait time for disconnect/reconnect.

What I noticed on this particular street is that most of the neighbors own their home, very few bars are on the windows and lastly the local power company is almost never on this street disconnecting and reconnecting services.

Maybe you can go back and re connect with property owners you've done rehabs for over the last 17 years to see if they'd be interested in forming a partnership.  

Multiple times it has lost connection to my bank accounts, then when i reconnect, it wipes out all the previously saved data... so i need to go back in and manually assign each expense to a category and property.

(So I know they did and never have to pay reconnect fees.

She had a little baby and we had mercy on her and let her get reconnected, with a promise to pay in a week or something like that when they got paid.

The county hasn't been able to provide the listing agent with a time frame of when the water could be reconnected, or even if it can-  The property is in Hawaii and it sounds as though there may be some complexities surrounding getting water in this particular area-  Is there a way to navigate this, or should it be avoided altogether?
