Question about hard money company

Has any one recieved a loan from the company Funded Ltd out of Centennial, Colorado? Just curious to know if there a good hard money lender.

just off the top of my head NO experience and 100% financing don't really go together.. you have Do hard money who says they do this stuff but they charge 3k up front for their education materials with no guarantee of funding.. many from the posts I see on BP pay the 3k and never do get a deal funded.. so they lost it or should I say they paid for the education materials.. others say they did find a deal good enough to get funded.. but generally speaking this is a non starter in real estate unless the LTV is so low that someone will do a loan to own in other words thinking your new and cant pull it off if they have to foreclose they are assured of not losing.. 75% LTV loans in foreclosure many times will lose the lender some money
