The company lists single family homes in certain targeted markets and, through their “knowledgeable investment counselors,” put sellers (the owners of the various properties) and buyers (who they educate, prepare and counsel) together and in the process Norada Real Estate Investment receives a marketing fee.

you can point to your policy (that you provided to them 2-5 different times) and the timestamp on the applications received showing they weren't first in line. 

I just received an offer on a remodeled home we did in Sacramento 95824. 

So we received our first inquiry for a booking on vrbo….

Yes I did receive the funds which surprised me a little.
