hey, I appreciate your expertise in this area of new York, lots of areas are over saturated with high end buyers, not really sure if these buyers really know anything about RE investing, or they're just ingredients flowing the market, meaning there going with the times and have the resources to purchase properties, for long term investments.

I am quite sure a bank is going to want the players to have a lot of experience in the space... very good balance sheet.. and probably have the land paid for in cash.. as their skin in the game.. with those ingredients you can get this done.
