If you can put a significant amount down, while still having a significant amount of reserves, and both have sparkling credit you may be able to pull it off but it's not really worth it if you don't already have multiple mortgages and can qualify for a conventional.Think of getting the loan through the LLC as only getting money if you can prove you don't need it.
