Scott Mac A Paint Question - How Thick

I have never seen walls painted this thickly.The kitchen cabinets have also been painted so thick (so many times) that the doors were pinching and scraping the paint near the hinges.The entire place was done in either satin or semi-gloss kitchen/bath type paint.

That being said, I have found it is worth taking the risk of them "running the clock" if I am in a pinch and want to efficiently resolve a maintenance request.

Having a house with a yard is a huge plus in my mind so while I think you will get pinched a bit (rent flat to down 10% or longer vacancies of 1-2 months), there will always be a demand for entry level house rentals.
