Go with a well established bigger outfit may be best. 

This particular outfit was one of three locations owned by same operator.

A couple of the larger outfits are CoreVest and Visio loans.

I would be careful of outfits like this, especially those from out of state, that do not know our markets as well. 

Any commercial space that is open to the public must meet ADA requirements, from the door threshold height, ramps, bathrooms, bath sinks even counters that may be put in for checkout ( that's tenants responsibility when they outfit the space).

Ryan Dossey , I outfitted an 8 unit with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave), a washer, and a dryer and it cost me about 22k through Lowe’s.

Call a trash hauling outfit and take the costs out of the deposit.

They cost between $20 and $30 each, so outfitting a unit is about $100 to $125.

Can anybody offer advice and/or recommend a good design/build company who would be familiar with this zoning code, not the most fancy expensive outfit but somebody capable and certainly not the cheapest?

And I'm sure i can find some different outfits and wigs and fill all three of those slots!
