You can't just raise rents, the CMHA have to approve any increases.Normally they have a fairly inflexible rate they offer depending on sq ft, br's and ba's.

Generally I don’t recommend rentals in a Corp as it creates inflexibility in getting the real estate out and is not as estate tax efficient.

I asked Toni (the admin in Flex) if they would pay any payments for my property taxes back in June last year (I have emails with this), and she told me that Flex does not do that and I should be doing it instead (I think she was new in the role).
