These kids are really head-and-shoulders more prepared for life as useful, capable people than my own Gen X (I was born in the mid-70s) or the Boomers.But it doesn't happen by accident, and yeah, there are plenty of Millennials and Gen Z who are likely not going to set the world on fire.

If you categorize something in the wrong business on accident it is very hard to find those mistakes.

My problem with my nice house is that I get tenants that are used to being owners or want to be owners but either fell on hard times on their own or accidently. 

What about leaking roofs or accidents you can't predict?

I see your point, but it would suck to really start making some headway and then one "accident" cause you to lose everything simply because you didn't take the time and spend $200 to incorporate

If you buy the expensive kitchen cabinets , and the contractor accidently drops a $900 section .

They’re absolutely horrific.

Instead, I stumbled into the strategy by accident but I believe it helps paint the picture that you can be successful if you are not merely looking to replicate the housing that everyone else in the city is offering.
