Like @Kyle Hipp, I have grown to appreciate the audit trail of SMS over telephone conversations, but still prefer e-mail to distribute information and face-to-face meetings to conduct negotiations.

Personally I burned the candle at both ends before going full time 10 years ago. 

Recently had turn over in one of our newly renovated apartments. It is a small space <700 sq. ft. and not HVAC. The tenant had complained about "dust" and waking up with black phlegm, etc. She was our second tenant...

The tenants had moved someone into the basement without authorization, and they ended up starting a fire in the basement accidentally with candles.

She said well we don't think it's that and continued telling me about hearing foot steps and a candle falling off the back of the toilet into the garbage can etc etc. 

Until something like that happens, I have a hard time believing that any particular neighborhood will be able to hold a candle to what happened in Lawrenceville.

Hi @Kyle Hipp, I honestly have yet to see a Push-matic in a local property, so I have not inspected one personally.

And I got the best hippie house in the area, painted school bus and everything!  

I imagine a bunch of Hippies holding hands and singing songs.
