I have seen the interest rate bid down to as low as 2.5% in Baltimore and less than that in Anne Arundel county in Maryland.But just like any investing the best deals are the needle in the haystack.

Of course, finding that broker might be the needle in a haystack if you're trying to avoid "company policy" firms.

So, judicial sales are most often a difficult beast...it's like finding a needle in a haystack, and yes do not underestimate the work that might need to be done. 

Once in a great while, like a needle in a haystack, they get a house for pennies on the dollar.

Would you say we should stay away for the most part, or find the proverbial needle in the haystack?

I know I am looking for a needle in a haystack, but out of over 5,000 homes, there HAS to be one homeowner out there wanting to get rid of their headache.

The Provo, Lehi, and Salt Lake area is no Silicon Valley but I believe that to a certain extent the same thing that has driven up prices there is happening and will continue to happen here because of the boom that is happening in Lehi and surrounding areas and the fact that we're close to running out of land.There are needle-in-a-haystack deals in all markets.

Just feels like I am searching for needles in a haystack!
