So here I am, sold my other companies to take this on FT, laying groundwork for an agent training and certification course so hopefully, someday, there won't be that question anymore of "how do I find a REI Realtor". 

This particular group of people chose their career over starting a family before they were 30 and have laid the groundwork financially to afford to stay in the city and raise kids.  

This is just another method that I have personally have had success in, its shocking how many people want to be in real estate, but they just don't have the time to do the ground work.

Typically that cost won't include any ground work getting utilities to the house site if needed.  

He is just one attorney, not a big firm of attorneys and he has just recently teamed up with another single attorney in Mississippi who has also done a lot of ground work on this case, as many investors lost money in the go-zone there, and together they intend to recover all of my client’s lost funds.
