If I was an agent I would have a HOT spot. laptop and portable printer and scanner with me in the car at all times.. so I could get it. doneI first met an agent about 6 years ago that had that set up.. of course he was a top agent

I'm not a wholesaler and do not know the legalities of the question you have asked, but there are quite a few wholesalers who post here who I'm sure will chime in soon.IF they don't, I recommend attending some meet-ups, I was just at one earlier today in Fort Lauderdale and there was actually a wholesaler throwing in offers on his laptop during the meet-up.Good luck in your endeavors!

The problem with carpet is that there are finicky tenants/buyers out there, who will not rent or buy a property if it has carpet (due to allergies). 

Maybe your business needs a shiny new $2000 laptop.

We wrote off business laptop, printer, travel to see properties, and meals.

Once I used my laptop it worked as you described.
