Not much to add, just wanted to express condolences...this sometimes happens in this game, even to the best of us.My only advice would be to stall and buy some time.

A lead is a person that expressed explicit interest in acquiring your product or service.When a prospect fills in your form of their own accord, THAT is a lead.So before I answer, what do you call a "warm" lead?

Usually in these cases I have expressed to my tenants that I need to fix the main concern first otherwise the replacement will just be ruined again. 

We were also not allowed to express frustrations, saying no negative talk was allowed.  

I'm thinking of the expression "whatever works is what works for you" so I'm curious if maybe you should flip this problem upside down and start by thinking things like•What do I want my life to look like in 5-10 years?

Four days later I expressed my intentions of terminating the contract, shortly afterwards I recieved a electronic document stating no known leases, the document was backdated prior to my contract.

We held an in-person meeting over 6 months into the project to express our concerns with the timeline and to request weekly check-in calls.

If everyone who expressed a desire at a REIA to go out there and knock it out of the park.. there simply is not enough inventory in 90% of the markets ..  

You should be able to express your goal in one minute and then expand if questions are asked.
