I back that up when I see the elderly ladies picking up trash on the main street, fearlessly right in front of the drug dealers, and yell out my window cheering them on (that goes for the contractors fixing too).

For example if there was a court appointed guardian for an elderly or incapacitated person and the court appointed a realtor to sell the house.   

One-story homes tend to be in high demand, especially among families with young children or elderly individuals, thanks to easier accessibility and safety.

Note: My elderly mom is both an agent and broker in Fla. 

I am reaching out because I've been seeing articles about a senior housing crisis or lack of housing for elderly individuals.

This means that many elderly people who could not afford to move due to their property taxes increasing when they buy a new home will now be able to bring their old tax basis with them to a new home in California.
