For many years we've worn the badge of self-deprecation and despair, but somehow the last few years' events have cast away the clouds and exuberance is everywhere.

:-) I despair over finding someone who can jump into a rehab project and get the work done on budget, on schedule and who I don't feel like is fleecing me.Any other recommendations on the local area that anyone can give would also be welcome.

And for your well being, there is little worse than self-delusion.The man who dreams of wealth and yet walks daily toward certain financial disaster and the woman who wishes for happiness and yet thinks thoughts and commits acts that lead her toward certain despair are both victims of the false hope which affirmations without action can manufacture.

I see it in my AZ renters and despairation in CA renters.

Also, it goes back to the respective "why", some investors need the assets other need capital ROI, individuals/companies are driven by their unique needs.Dont despair though, we are all in this together.

I think there are those who are willing to drive the country into despair to promote political agendas, they won't really be effected.I won't be effected until the government falls apart and at that point I'll probably have to get off my tail end to protect and defend.
