PS Rochester and Buffalo were ground zero for much of this stuff also there were groups buying those homes for 10k packaging them up and selling them for 80k to investors from England. the city / state finally cracked down on that and there was some folks that got in trouble on the criminal side of it.. you can google it.. wont mention names but you can find it if you dig deep enoughBut this is nothing new.. buying hood rates for pennies and selling them for dollars to foreigners and unsuspecting out of state folks.

My boyfriend is a foreign national with an ITIN number, US address, and an AMEX in the USA, but he is not a US citizen, so a lot of the times, he is not offered good loan programs.

Justify it how you want, but you're making him throw TP in a trash bin like this is some foreign country.Fix the plumbing, if it can't handle TP you don't want to learn how you'll fix it later.Those costs you complained about you charge to the game.

You can register any State's LLC in any other state with a foreign Entity Registration with the state you want to do business in.
