Hey everyone, I am wanting to find someone I can shadow and learn from in RE.

If you are a landlord go dark and hope they move on to some other unsuspecting landlord.

In my market (South Texas) the property taxes and property insurance is having a severe impact on the smaller owners, who do not have 30 year financing along with the housing assistance components, are in a dark place and they will naturally expect the (us) property managers to work like dogs and squeeze blood out of turnips for the cash flow. 

Other ways are shadowing a contractor, going to networking events and building relationships with contractors to have them help you out.

I don't think tenants would abscond with their mobile homes under the cover of darkness without paying. 

I have a strong feeling the seller/listing agent is in the dark. 

Single Tenant, multi tenant, condo, flex space.Ask yourself this question: is this easy to backfill if the tenant goes Dark?

I’m looking to learn and grow and even shadow someone to get the ins and outs of real estate.

If there is anyone who is using a trust to transfer mortgages to their LLC, I would love to shadow and learn more.
