Turns out she was just using my apartment for the divorce so she could say she had her own residence when it came to custody of the kids.

I would offer a flat fee or no more than 5%, make sure they have no complaints against their license, do a custodial bank account so you can easily terminate.

@David B.There is some benefit to using a Custodial Plan - it makes much harder for the participant to engage in a prohibited transaction.
