Commercial versus residential PM

Hello All. I have mostly been a buy and hold investor in the SFH market. My family has a commercial retail property that one has been managing, and we want to look at turning it over to a Property PM to take the day to day hassles away. I am familiar with working with residential PMs for my properties, but never worked with a commercial PM.

What are some of the key considerations when talking to commercial PM?

Tenant liability

Tenant / business screening ?

Insurance / liability coverage ?

Maintenance responsibilities (snow ? , clean up)

Expenses ?

PM fees ?

Any advice would be apprecoiated

Ken
