Maybe you can find a tenant but the more likely scenario is the unit has a long vacancy and I say this with my rentals in a location that has a vacancy rate of below 4% and it has been years since I have not found a qualified tenant in the first open house for one of our vacancies.I wish everyone the best and hope that everyone displays compassion.

By then I would have lost lawyer's fees.I m not sure if NJ is landlord friendly state. this is my first investment in the state.To all landlords out there, never have compassion with a prospective tenant whose application is full of red flags.
