You may not go through them quickly, so a cream color may be a better investment.  

This new bookkeeper seems to be the cream of the crop and I'm paying $500 per month plus 2k set up fee (After having paid my last bookkeeper 4k to clean up my books) (my point is... am I spending enough that they should have a fix for me or can I not rely on that?)

In my markets, there are more tenants then rentals so we can pick the cream of the crop (over 15 applications in 4 hours from a sign in the yard, had three approved tenants from that batch, picked the best one).As time goes on, your screening process will develop, the markers in your application will throw up flags for you.  

Taking the good with the bad is part of the game working through brokers, they can't just sell the cream and get stuck with sour milk.
