This would be a different deal if it wasn't a mobile home, mobile homes I would consider more like a car as in a expendable asset, where as the land is the value, in this case you have no land.

You have definitely come to the right place.The best place to start really is the how to guides under the learning tab at top.Then once you read all those I would start listening to the podcasts.They cover everything from getting the first loan, finding a property, how to fund it, etc.Pretty much 90% of the questions I see asked are answered in the podcasts.I try to listen to the podcasts in the car as well or at work.
