Totally for fun post but also hope to inspire some people with the answers this post gives

For those of you have done big things in real estate and finally decided to treat yourself for your hard work.

What did you buy or do? Maybe a 3 month vacation through Europe? An exotic sports car? a new vacation home? that Llama you've always wanted? feel free to post a price tag too ;)

Maybe include the reason you've bought it as well whether you successfully purchased 50 rentals and are netting 25k/month or just completed a 100k profit flip!

Please for the sake of the light heartedness don't come in here saying you just want to take care of your family or replace your income and that's enough or that you reinvested cause that's smart. I think those are given for almost everyone on here so lets not bog down the funny or weird answers. Live a little!
