It seems to me that the numbers would be relatively static for things like cap-ex and maintenance over a long term average.  

Ignorance of the rules is not typically accepted as an excuse for non-compliance, and it could lead to disputes or fines.HOA rules aren’t static; they can and do change.

Have your family pick up a paint brush.

Sanitation department has brush pick up every week.

I think the issue is that you can't paint a group of people with the same brush.

You could also benefit from attending local meetups as that's a way to brush shoulders with multiple investors at the same time. 

But I do not like the feeling of being bullied and brushed off. 

She currently has a single wide mobile home that is past the point of repair (will be demolished), the brush (trees, vegetation) is overgrown and needs to be cleared, and she is extremely motivated to sell.I have a few questions:1) The lot is located in a mixed use area, consisting of residential, mobile homes, and a few warehouses.
