Buyers dont want to be on another BS list getting bombarded with emails for deals that arent deals and they will assume the same of you initially.

There is no doubt absentee owners are getting bombarded with letters.

Instead of bombarding him with questions, I decided to educate myself a bit first on what he was discussing.

There's a service in my area that publishes NODs, and I've marketed to them before, but it seems as if they're all bombarded with a bunch of mail from other investors at the same time.I've been thinking of maybe just getting 60 day lates and perhaps getting to them a month before other investors do?

Yes this happened to me, I posted on Facebook (luckily it was vacant) and got bombarded with messages, I showed it by appointment to one person the first morning and while I was there, two other families showed up because I hadnt responded to their message.

They'll either bombard you with ads and email promotions or try to charge you ancillary fees elsewhere.There are hundreds, probably thousands, of previous posts about this question.

After being bombarded with emails leading upto the appointment time,  letting me know that my appointment starts in an hour, then 30 mins, then in 10 mins etc.  

He exited that relationship after getting bombarded with calls from foriegn investors demanding their money - they netted less than 5% after the expenses, commissions, and other fees were extracted.

I can also tell you that we were bombarded with letters from realtors: "I can sell your home for up to xxxx."

I really do have a bunch of questions at this point but I figure that I should really just do some more reading and self study before I bombard the forum with newbie questions.
