-Maintenance, find a local NARPM chapter and they probably have a bunch of affiliate vendors on there.

It's very SERIOUS.Onerent needs to be investigated by the Attorney General's office - they are putting entire communities at risk with their negligence.Exactly the same happened to me here in Oakland CA the tenants were 2 drug dealers n drug addicts no background checks were required, we spent over $20000 for evict them they never paid nothing at all. 

To be successful in PM, I started cold calling, going to meetups, and meeting every person affiliated with real estate that I could.

At the time of my purchase I was swayed by my realtor and his affiliated PM business despite  numerous higher ups at my employer trying convince me otherwise.

Sounds like the Buy here pay here car dealers that get a large down payment , wait for the customer to default , repo the car and sell it again . 

So, in summary, if I was you, I would stay away from both the Azzam Group, RE/MAX Haven, and anybody else affiliated with them.
