The value that I am adding is that, although realtors and property managers abound, they are not offering LO's to their clients as a way to secure the property for a future sale, or at least a long term rental contract.I offer that to my sellers and they are much obliged to work with me due to the creativity I offer in solving their real estate problem.To the TBers I offer the use of my broker and my credit repair agent, who is excellent!

Rob K hit the other point; taxes exceed the real estate value in many cases, so "don't wanters" abound in terms of willingness to pay the RE taxes - but they are "wanters" for the rent money!
