I remember reading another one of your posts a few months back explaining why you chose the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, because the economy  in that area revolves around tourism so you know you won't be royally screwed over by regulations or the recession.

With that said, my first and second investment was in Ferndale and at the time, I was told I was crazy and it wouldn’t  see the growth that Royal Oak had.

Out of the top 3 cities Melbourne,Sydney, Brisbane.We are going through a slow down for the first time in 27 years.1 royal commission on the banks.2 tighter in lending policy caused by regulators.

In metro detroit, towns directly surrounding royal oak are on the rise.

Also syncing to iTunes is a royals pain in the butt.

Is the property on Princess Lakes and/or is there lake HOA fees?  

The demand for the area is there with ferndale, royal oak, clawson, berkley, ect.

Glad that I found mine at Royal LePage in Mississauga, where I presently undergo training.
