I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.  

Hi @Tyler Koller I've used apartments.co for screening and rent collection in the past and it worked well. 

I haven't spoken to the county yet, but will make that phone call today.As far as financing -- I was leaning more towards getting a business line of credit or using a business credit card and rolling it over to interest free cards.

From what I can tell with all the research I’ve done I need to set up the app on my phone (to see the video) while in close proximity to the camera to connect.

Zach also explained this to me on the phone so I knew it wasn't a sales pitch when my tenant did it.

Did you find any prior knowledge (tenant screening) of pets moving in?

I disagree with Best Properties ( post above )as I have given Matt Scott money and I can always get him on the phone if I need to.
