Since this is an unconventional lending instrument, you have to make sure all your ducks are in a row (contractors willing to perform the work, dates of work start/completion, all additional paperwork completed, etc), but it was well worth it.

The AGENCY document, and compensation, are 2 COMPLETELY separate items, although yes they do commonly appear on the same documents as a detail to such and the 1 same document is commonly used as an instrument in such commissions established.
