I blindly signed up with them this past weekend.

Most people just blindly call as many people as they can….. and usually with the cheapest and worst data they can get their hands on.  

I have been graciously turning a blind eye to the occupant and dogs situation for the past.

Which he's claiming that I'm not able to have access (I think he has removed me from some of our LLCs without my knowledge)(Blind trust is a no go) fighting the banks as I'm fighting for access.

If neither of you have a deal, it will be like the blind leading the blind.I would suggest trying to partner someone with experience over someone who is a friend.Best of luck

I'd also remind them of things to do to keep it cooler in the unit (open windows in the evening-if it is safe to do so, and early morning to let in cooler air and let how air out) and keep curtains or blinds closed to avoid sunlight coming into the unit (ie when sun is shining on that part of the building).
